
Chicken and Pork Adobo braised in GF soy and vinegar, served with Kale Laing (coconut curry), shitake Mushroom, Boiled Egg, toasted garlic, served on a bed of adobo Fried Rice. I'm so delighted to share my own rendition of Chicken and Pork Adobo - a dish tagged as a "Filipino National Dish".
