Shipping policy

Please Note - You can collect your order in person from either Dovetail on Overend, Norman Park, or from Dovetail Social, Highgate Hill on your nominated pickup date preferably between the hours of 8am - 1pm.

Events such as High Tea are only available at the nominated location, date and time. Please ensure you check the event location details (or contact us if you are unsure) before completing your purchase of tickets.

As of March 2020, we have implemented a whole range of additional safety measures to allow us to comply with the latest recommendations around social distancing and minimal physical contact. Please let us know if you become ill and are unable to collect your order. We are happy to refund you; and prefer that you stay home and rest if you are not feeling well.
